"We used Jago Building & Maintenance for some significant extension and improvement works to our house in Polzeath in the Autumn of 2019/ Winter of 2020. We were delighted with the outcome, and the project was delivered by them on budget and to the agreed time plan. Our project was delivered to high standard coupled prices which were very competitive to other local builders. We found them a pleasure to deal with. They are flexible, highly positive and very easy to deal with, so much so that we were able to do the works without a Project Manager, preferring to deal with them direct. They suggested several changes to the architect's plans, which all resulted in a much better outcome for us.
We have no hesitation in recommending them for building projects - whether large or small."

"Our roof got damaged in the January storm, Phil came to look and arranged for scaffold to go up and a tarpaulin to cover the roof all done next day. We needed a full new roof but had to wait for 2 fine days for the start which was almost impossible Jan and Feb but the workmen got started as soon as they could and what an excellent job they have done with each stage explained to us. The workmen and Phil never stopped work, a really hard working crew. We were very impressed and the roof looks good."
